Highest scoring practice on a national Medical Group Management Association patient satisfaction internet survey.

Hundreds of our patients reviewed all aspects of our practice, from their initial phone call, to how they were treated by their nurse, physician, and even the billing department. This survey is used by physician practices throughout the country. When compared to other practices, we achieved, “some of the highest scores we have seen on the web-based version of our survey” (Sullivan and Luallin)
