In 1997, Center for Maternal Fetal Medicine was one of the first practices specializing in high-risk pregnancies in Las Vegas. Since then, we’ve  been leading the way in perinatal care. We were the first MFM practice to have ultrasound technologists and physicians both scan each woman. We were the first in Nevada (second in the country) to be certified in first-trimester screening with instant risk assessment, and we were the first in the state with 3D ultrasound.

Today, we organize and host the annual High-Risk Pregnancy Solutions conference, and we’re one of a few teaching and research centers in the United States for Philips Ultrasound. We are one of the only MFM practices regularly performing some advanced procedures, including chorionic villus sampling. And we are the only perinatology specialists in Nevada with 24-hour electronic access to records in order to best assist patients and doctors after-hours and in emergency situations.
